JCO Project Coordinators ensure that your project will be managed to meet your needs, including detailed construction schedules and effective communication with all stakeholders.

All on-site requirements are managed closely to ensure a smooth project, while minimizing the inconvenience to all stakeholders. We employ experienced and conscientious site personnel, and use only reputable, fully-licensed sub-trades. We provide leadership throughout construction: controlling schedules, permits, inspections, budgets, and maintaining the highest level of security and safety. Supervision of budgets and timelines is ongoing as are scheduled meetings and reports for clients.

We work hard at the details of building budget, schedules, estimates as well as managing our Clients' risk. Our team of Construction Specialists and Project Managers is comprised of individuals that have the knowledge and experience to execute both complex and straightforward projects, while providing conscientious service to our Clients. A collaborative process, with good communication between Client, Designer and Trades Professionals, is key to achieving our highest goal—client satisfaction. Our process often begins with a Pre-Construction phase and preliminary budget, providing a first look at construction costs and challenges. The next phase involves a thorough discussion of budget and design considerations, the development of the project schedule, evaluation of methods and materials, and a preliminary analysis of details and finish choices. Throughout every project, we provide alternatives and recommendations as it progresses, in order to keep the job on track, and to anticipate and solve problems before they happen.

Value-added Project Management

We have extensive experience in creating new projects from the ground up as well as managing build-outs in existing structures.

We can do it all: bring in the Designer, envision a concept, devise the floor plans, consult a Civil Engineer when required, work with Property Management, handle permits, apply value engineering to design options, choose reputable sub-contractors, deliver on-time and within budget.
