THE ROYAL PINNACLE - Lobbies

"The lobby at 33 Empress is very large, with 30 ft. ceilings and 3 entrances. The challenge was to redesign the concierge desk to provide visibility for security reasons, create an updated and elegant entry into the building from the street and 2 parking levels. The project involved removing part of a wall, redesigning and relocating the concierge desk and replacing the fireplace, furniture and art.

JCO oversaw the execution of the project including arranging for permits, coordinating electricians, security equipment technicians and construction personnel with minimal disruption to residents. The project was completed on budget in less time than anticipated. Owners were delighted with the result not only because of the impressive new look, but as an investment in retaining property values in an area where there is stiff competition for condominium sales. "
