  • JCO managed a complete renovation of a very large lobby in an older condominium in the Yonge-Sheppard neighbourhood. Jose and Lisa helped the Board choose a designer who was able to create a new look, to provide a competitive image in the marketplace, where many new condominiums were being built. The demolition and re-construction, re-installation of access control and communication systems, delivery and placement of furniture and artwork, were all seamless, with minor disruption to the residents.   • In July 2016, JCO & Associates was awarded the contract for refurbishment of the corridors at The Palisades II, a high-rise condominium located in mid-town Toronto. The work was well done, on time and within budget with minimal disruption to building residents.   • Granite Place condominiums contracted with JCO & Associates to renovate it's lounge and boardroom area which was more or less as built some 30 years ago.
